Alien Envoy

Alien Envoy was created for clients who love aliens (the non-scary kind) and also requested the space be accommodating for their cats… and then they turned us loose to let our imaginations run wild!

We transformed this bathroom into the interior of a spaceship featuring MANY “easter egg” sci-fi pop culture references, as well as a slideshow of the “evidence” collected by otherworldly beings that the Cats of earth are the shot-callers behind every major disaster and advancement on the planet.

This teeny-tiny powder room showcases just how much funk can fill a petite space! The Funky Gaudmothers created original artwork with the handpainted venus-flytrap damask, the pitcherplant wall pieces, the fully-funktional disco plant habitats, the recycled plastics light fixture, and the show-stopping vinyl wrapped throne! This installation also features artwork by several of our favorite dance partners.

Davy Jones

Locker

Our Davy Jones Locker installation was a Dream Scheme come-to-life! This surreal underwater afterlife includes a deconstructed floating chandelier, an incredible barnacle encrusted mirror custom made by the Gaudmothers from salvaged materials, a serene spa shower, magnetic pirate poetry interactive, and an original painting by Shawn Ramos.

Under a beautiful aesthetic, this full bathroom has an impactful statement about mutual aid and standing up for each other. We are all intrinsically interconnected and, much like ants, all succeed when everyone does well.
